Birkbeck has launched a series of business breakfast workshops

Birkbeck, University of London has launched Breakfast at Birkbeck, a flexible development programme for those interested in business and management. Birkbeck is well known for providing high-quality university evening education, and the Breakfast at Birkbeck initiative, which is being run by Birkbeck's Business School, will see the learning take place at the beginning of the day instead!

Breakfast at Birkbeck is offering a series of intensive workshops and networking breakfasts which started on Monday 10th January, and are running through until to Friday 15th April 2011. It consists of over 50 workshops which aim to equip management professionals to face the challenges of today’s business environment.

The flexible programme has workshops grouped under various themes including: Transitions; You and Others; Getting Results; and New Perspectives. Each event will consist of a networking breakfast from 8am, followed by an intensive programme until 12 midday.

Philip Powell, Executive Dean of the Birkbeck School of Business, Economics and Informatics says, "We are delighted to offer this new development programme to those who are juggling careers with study, giving them an opportunity to learn from the experts about what is relevant and desirable for tomorrow’s organisation and an opportunity to extend their professional networks."

All workshops cost £159.
