Birmingham Business School launches MBA in Public Service

Birmingham Business School at the University of Birmingham is launching a part-time MBA in Public Service, which will receive its first intake of students in October 2011.

The MBA Public Service is designed to deliver structured personal and professional development to current and future leaders working across the public, voluntary, third and commercial sectors.

This postgraduate programme will equip students with the necessary knowledge and skills to tackle the financial and policy challenges faced by governments and public sector bodies.

This latest addition to Birmingham Business School’s MBA Executive programmes combines the best of the core management modules from the UK Executive MBA with modules in key areas of public service management from the University’s Institute of Local Government Studies (INLOGOV).
