Eight marketing scholarships worth £5,000 each available at Birmingham Business School

An alumnus of Birmingham Business School - Simon Evans - has made funds of £5,000 each available for eight exceptional students to gain access onto marketing courses for 2010 entry.

To be eligible for these awards students need to be a UK resident. 

First of all the student needs to be offered a place on one of Birmingham's marketing programmes (MSc Marketing, MSc International Marketing, MSc Strategic Marketing and Consulting, MSc Marketing Communications, click here for more information).

Once an offer is received students shouls submit a 500-word Personal Statement addressing the following issues:
(1) A review of your background (qualifications, training, relevant experience) and how this links to your decision to study marketing
(2) A review of the reasons you were attracted to the programme you have chosen
(3) A review of your career aspirations

Awards will be mainly made on academic merit and the Personal Statement, but the Scholarship Panel may also invite applicants for interview.
