This course has been designed to provide a Master's programme of studies for those persons who wish to develop their project management skills and abilities in the context of construction and engineering; it provides a focus upon project quality and control methods in the project management process, extends knowledge of technologies and resolution of new build problems and develops leadership and team skills as well as the student's research methods and applications; the course also provides the opportunity for students to complete a range of optional modules which will facilitate the development of their knowledge and problem-solving skills suited to their working environment and general interest in the project management process.
