A practical, professional and academic course in consultancy for experienced headteachers, LEA advisers and independent consultants; students gain the high level process consultancy skills needed to work effectively with educational institutions, enhance knowledge and understanding of the concepts, techniques and methods to develop research and practice in the field, and to promote self-understanding and personal development as a consultant; there is 1 route through the course which involves 3 units at Postgraduate Certificate level: Conceptual: providing an overview of the area; experiental: focused on in-depth skill development; and practical: exploring the implementation within an organisational setting.
